本課程旨在介紹數位影像處理的基本原理與應用技術。內容涵蓋影像的表示與感測、前處理技術(如影像增強、濾波與雜訊移除)、影像轉換(如傅立葉轉換)、影像分割、邊緣偵測、形態學處理、特徵擷取與影像壓縮等主題。課程同時強調實務操作,學生將使用常見的影像處理工具與程式語言(如 Python 與 OpenCV)進行實作練習,並應用於醫療影像、衛星影像、工業檢測等實際案例中。修課同學將具備分析與處理各類數位影像的能力,為進一步從事相關研究或產業應用打下基礎。

Course Overview (English)

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles and practical techniques of digital image processing. Topics include image representation and acquisition, preprocessing techniques (such as enhancement, filtering, and noise removal), image transformations (including Fourier transform), image segmentation, edge detection, morphological operations, feature extraction, and image compression. The course emphasizes hands-on experience using popular image processing tools and programming languages (such as Python and OpenCV). Students will work on real-world applications in areas such as medical imaging, satellite imagery, and industrial inspection. Upon completion, students will be equipped with the skills to analyze and process various types of digital images and will be well-prepared for further research or industry-related work.
